Renshaw reflects on long wait for second Test century

The Durban innings marked a milestone almost a decade after his first Test hundred.

An ICC follow-up published on 11 October describes Matt Renshaw’s adjustment to batting at No. 5 in Durban. His second Test century came almost a decade after his first. The innings also set a Durban record for a batter at No. 5 or lower, surpassing Kusal Perera’s unbeaten 153 in 2019. This is a follow-up to the day-two report, not a new innings.
